Terms of Service

The current beta access terms before public launch hardening is complete.

Beta preview

These terms apply to the current beta preview.

They are an early launch baseline and may be refined as account deletion, billing, and support processes are formalized.

Use of the service

KiraSaku is provided to help users track household financial commitments, payment status, receivables, income, and property-related cashflow.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only with data you are authorized to manage.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method and for activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact support as soon as possible.

Service scope

KiraSaku provides tracking, organization, and reminder-oriented software. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, banking, investment, or religious advice.

Users remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of their records and for making real financial decisions independently.

Availability and changes

The service may change as KiraSaku moves from internal use toward public launch. Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed when needed for security, compliance, or product quality.

Termination

KiraSaku may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or address misuse.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Formal account-deletion workflows are still being finalized for launch.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to KiraSaku support through the official support channel used for your deployment.

Effective date: 2026-03-04. These terms are an initial launch-ready baseline and may be refined as billing, multi-user plans, and formal deletion tooling are completed.
